🔄 Return & Exchange Policy – E & A Creations Handmade Goods

At E & A Creations, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each item is handmade with care, and we want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

  • We accept returns on non-custom, unused items within 5 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In original packaging 

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
